ABCMF (Archbishops Council Mission Fund), Truro provided a grant to support the appointment of a youth worker in 2007, and in 2010 a grant to support a coordinator for Christian youth work.
The Jerusalem Trust (SFCT) provided laptops for key workers in 2007.
The Rank Foundation funded 6 Tall Ships voyages in 2007, 2 in 2009 and 3 in 2010. In 2010 it also funded the appointment of a GAP year student youth worker. In 2011 it funded a Community Action Placement student.
The Joseph Rank Trust, under the Youth or Adult? Initiative awarded a 5-year grant for a youth worker in 2007.
The J.Paul Getty Jr. Charitable Trust grant provides office accommodation (2007-9). Since 1998, this Charitable Trust has co-funded the boatbuilding, training for the boatbuilding tutor and acted as a valued Critical Friend offering wise advice and encouragement.
The Headley Trust (SFCT) co-funded the boatbuilding in 1998. Since this time it has also been an invaluable Critical Friend, and has provided a 3-year grant to enable LOT to increase its capacity by employing key workers. The Headley Trust funded our Volunteer Coordinator.
Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales has awarded a grant to provide administrative support in 2010 and 2011.
AATeam Exeter for a 100% grant to completely redesign this website in spring 2010. Work assigned to Alan Rowntree
The Church and Community Fund awarded a grant for outreach with young Christians in December 2010.
The Norman Family Charitable Trust gave a grant towards surfboard making workshops in 2010.
The Austin & Hope Pilkington Trust kindly provided a grant in 2010.
The Variety Club Sunshine Coach which arrived in April was sponsored by DPD Interlink, with supporting donations from Helston Rotary Clubs, Landewednack Primary School, Boex Studio Gardens and individuals.
